IN THE MATTER OF

AND IN THE MATTER OF
THE COMPANIES ACT 2014
Passed by way of members resolution held on the 12th of June 2017,
the following ordinary resolution was passed:
1. It has been proved to the satisfaction of the meeting that
the Company, by reason of its liabilities cannot continue its
business and that it be wound up voluntarily as a creditors’
2. That Mr. James Butler FCCA. of GBW Accountants,
Westmoreland House, Ranelagh, Dublin 6, be appointed
3. That the liquidators remuneration be fixed by reference
to the time given by him as a suitably qualified Insolvency
Practitioner in attending to matters arising in the course of
the winding up, and he shall be authorised to pay such time
costs and expenses on account of his remuneration, pending
conclusion of the liquidation.
A subsequent meeting of the Creditors ratified the appointment of Mr.
James Butler as liquidator. All claims against the Company should be
sent to his office.
