IN THE MATTER OF
CLUEY LIMITED
(In Creditor’s Voluntary Liquidation)
AND IN THE MATTER OF
THE COMPANIES ACT 2014
Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 586 (4) of the Companies
Acts 2014 that an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above
Company was duly convened and held at the Clayton Hotel Dublin
Airport, Stockhole Lane, Swords, Co. Dublin on 13th June 2017 at
9.30am, and that the following Resolutions were passed:
1. It has been proved to the satisfaction of this Meeting that
the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue
its business and that it is advisable to wind up same and
that accordingly the company be and is hereby wound up
voluntarily.
2. That David Kennedy of 302 Orwell Park Grove, Templeogue,
Dublin 6W be and is appointed Liquidator.
3. That the Liquidator’s remuneration shall be fixed by reference
to the time given by him as a responsible Insolvency
Practitioner, and his staff, in attending to matters arising in
the winding up and shall be authorised to pay such time costs
and expenses on account of his remuneration and expenses
pending the conclusion of the liquidation.
