At a General Meeting of the members of the above-named Company, duly convened and held at 122 Hither Green Lane, Hither Green, London, SE13 6QA on 21 February 2017 at 11:00 AM the following Resolutions were duly passed as a SPECIAL RESOLUTION and an ORDINARY RESOLUTION respectively:

“THAT it has been proved to the satisfaction of this Meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly, that the Company be wound up voluntarily.”

“THAT Mansoor Mubarik of Capital Books (UK) Limited, 66 Earl Street, Maidstone, Kent, ME14 1PS, United Kingdom be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the company for the purposes of the winding up”
