“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Neil Matthews, of Leather Matthews Restructuring LLP, 17th Floor, Cale Cross House, Pilgrim Street, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1 6SU, (IP No. 6861) be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of winding up the Company’s affairs.”
