“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Stewart Bennett, (IP No. 1205) of S T Bennett & Co, Warwick House, 116 Palmerston Road, Buckhurst Hill, Essex, IG9 5LQ be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of such winding up.”
