ADVERTISEMENT OF PETITION
Notice is given that a Petition was on the 1st day of July 2016
presented to the High Court by the Company whose registered office
is at 43/44 Dorset St. Lower, Dublin 1 by a creditor of the Company
for the winding up by the High Court of the above nomed Company
(the “Company”) *in main proceedings, (in accordance with Article
3(1) of Council Regulation (EC) No. 1346/2000).
The Petition is directed to be heard on the 6th day of March 2017. Any
creditor or contributory of the Company who wishes to support or
oppose the making of an Order on the Petition may appear at the time
of hearing by himself/herself or his/her Counsel for that purpose and
a copy of the Petition will be furnished to any creditor or contributory
of the said Company who requires it by the undersigned on payment
of the regulated charge for the same.

Petition must serve on or send by post to the Petitioner or
her solicitor, notice in writing of his intention to do so. The
notice must state the name and address of the person or if a
firm the name and address of the firm and must be signed by
the person or firm, or his or their solicitor (if any) and must
be served or, if posted, must be send by post in sufficient time
to reach the above-named solicitor or the Petitioner not later
than 5 o’clock in the afternoon of the 2nd day of March 2017.
