NOTICE OF APPOINTMENT OF RECEIVER
FERNLEIGH PROPERTY COMPANY LIMITED
By Deed of Transfer dated 20 November 2015, all right, title, benefit
and interest of Bank of Scotland (lreland) Limited in certain Deed of
Mortgage and Charge dated 17 May 2006 between Fernleigh Property
Company Limited (the “Company”) of the one part and Bank of
Scotland (Ireland) Limited (the “Bank” (the “Security Document”)
was transferred to Feniton Property Finance Limited, now Feniton
Property Finance DAC, having its registered office at 1st Floor, 1-2
Victoria Buildings, Haddington Road, Dublin 4.
Notice is hereby given that on 16 February 2017, under the powers
conferred on it by the Security Document and by law, Feniton Property
Finance DAC appointed Tom Kavanagh of Deloitte, Earlsfort Terrace,
Dublin 2 to be receiver over the asset referred to, comprised in and
charged by the Security Document.
