At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the said
Company, duly convened and held at Claggernagh East, Portumna,
Co. Galway on the 22nd day of February 2017 the following Special
Resolution was duly passed:
“That the Company be wound up voluntarily as a Members’
Voluntary Winding Up and that Mr. Brendan Delaney of Avonlea,
Demesne, Lucan, Co. Dublin, be and he is hereby appointed
Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of such winding
up and that the said Liquidator be and is hereby authorised, in
accordance with the Memorandum & Articles of Association of
the Company, to distribute all or any of the surplus assets of the
Company amongst the members in specie.”
