NOTICE OF APPOINTMENT
OF A RECEIVER AND MANAGER
Notice is hereby given that on 21st Day of September 2016 Allied
Irish Banks p.l.c. (the “Bank”) under powers conferred upon the Bank
by Deed of Mortgage Debenture dated 13th of December 1999 and 6th
July 2000 (the “Mortgage Debenture”) made between Tweedswood
Limited (CRO No. 257672) (the “Company”) whose registered office
is at Ard Bracan House, Barntown, Wexford, Co. Wexford and the
Bank appointed Ken Fennell of Deloitte & Touche, Earlsfort Terrace,
Hatch Street, Hardwicke House, Dublin 2 to be the receiver and
manager of and over all the undertaking and property, assets, rights or
interests whatsoever and wheresoever of the Company as comprised
in and charged, demised or assigned by the Mortgage Debenture.
