duly convened and held at Unit 2K, Ballymount Cross Industrial
Estate, Ballymount, Dublin 24 on the 28th day of February 2017, the
following Resolution was duly passed by Ordinary Resolution:
“That the Company, be wound up as a Members Voluntary
Liquidation and that David Power of Fitzgerald Power, Chartered
Accountants, Greyfriars, Waterford be and is hereby appointed
liquidator for the purpose of such winding up and is hereby
authorised to distribute the whole or any part of the assets of the
Company amongst the members in specie”.
