Finance DAC (as successor to Bank of Scotland (Ireland) Limited)
having its registered office at 1st Floor, 1-2 Victoria Buildings,
Haddington Road, Dublin 4 under powers conferred by:
1. A Deed of Mortgage Debenture dated 2 March 1999 made
between the Company and ICC Bank plc (the “Security
Document”)
2. A Deed of Mortgage Debenture dated 22 February 2007 made
between the Company and Bank of Scotland (Ireland) Limited
(the “Security Document”)
has appointed, Stephen Tennant & Michael McAteer of Grant
Thornton, 24-26 City Quay, Dublin 2 to be Receivers of the assets
referred to, comprised in and charged by the Security Document.
