IN THE MATTER OF

ROHAN & SMYTH LIMITED
(In Members’ Voluntary Liquidation)
At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the members of the above
named Company duly convened and held at 5-7 Westland Square,
Pearse Street, Dublin 2 on the 1st of March 2017, the following
resolution was passed:
1. “That the Company be wound up by way of Members’
Voluntary Liquidation and that PJ Lynch of PJ Lynch &
Company, 5-7 Westland Square, Pearse Street, Dublin 2, be
and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such
winding up.”
2. “That the Liquidator be and is hereby authorised, in accordance
with the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the
Company, to distribute the whole or part of the surplus assets
of the Company in specie or otherwise to Members as he may
think fit.”
