NOTICE is hereby given that on 1 February 2017, a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow by Rosemary Dykes a former Director or March Investments Limited, having their registered office at Caledonia House, 89 Seaward Street, Glasgow, G41 1HJ ("the Company") craving the court inter alia, that the Company be restored to the Register of Companies, in which Petition the Sheriff of Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow by interlocutor dated 6 February 2017, appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow Sheriff Court within 21 days after intimation, service or advertisement, ail of which notice is hereby given.
