NOTICE OF APPOINTMENT OF RECEIVER
GLEN OF THE DOWNS PUBLIC LIMITED COMPANY
Notices hereby given that on 27 January 2017 and on 30 January
2017, Allied Irish Banks plc having its registered office at Bankcentre,
Ballsbridge, Dublin 4, under powers conferred upon it by a Mortgage
Debenture dated 21 November 2000 made between Glen Of The
Downs Golf Club Public Limited Company having its registered
office at Coolnaskeagh, Delgany, Co Wicklow and Allied Irish Banks
plc (the “Debeture”), has appointed Michael McAteer and Nicholas
O’Dwyer both of Grant Thornton, 24-26 City Quay, Dublin 2, D02
NYl 9 to be the joint receivers of certain assets of Glen Of The Downs
Public Limited Company referred to, comprised in and charged by the
Debenture.
