Notice is hereby given that on 25 October 2016, in pursuance of the
powers contained in a Deed of Mortgage dated 25 March 2009 (the
“Mortgage”) and made between DOH Bros Limited (the “Company”)
having its registered office at 44 Fitzwilliam Place, Dublin 2 and the
Governor and Company of the Bank of Ireland (the “Lender”), the
Lender appointed Stephen Tennant, Insolvency Practitioner of Grant
Thornton of 24-26 City Quay, Dublin 2 to be the receiver of the assets
and property referred to, comprised in and charged by the Mortgage.
