DIRECT DEVELOPMENTS LIMITED
(In Receivership)
Notice is hereby given that on 4 January 2017, Allied Irish Banks,
p.l.c., having its registered office at Bankcentre, Ballsbridge, Dublin
4, in pursuance of the powers contained in a Deed of Mortgage/Charge
dated 12 June 2007 (the “Security”) and made between (1) Direct
Developments Limited, having its registered office at Kerry Lehane
& Co., Sackville Street, Dunmanway, Co. Cork and (2) Allied Irish
Banks, p.l.c., appointed Ned Murphy of Moore Stephens Nathan, 83
South Mall, Cork (the “Receiver”) to be the Receiver over the assets
referred to and comprised in and charged by the Security and the
Receiver shall have and be entitled to exercise the powers conferred
on him by the Security and by law.
