Notice is hereby given that a petition was presented to the Sheriffdom of Grampian Highland and Islands at Aberdeen by Joyce Margaret Bartlett McLeod and Aberdeen Location Services Limited for an order in terms of Section 1029 of the Companies Acts 2006 to restore Aberdeen Location Services Limited to the Registrar of Companies; which petition for restoration Sheriff Brown by Interlocutor dated 30 December 2016 appoints any person interested, if they intend to show cause why the petition should not be granted to lodge answers to the Sheriff Clerk at Aberdeen, Sheriff Clerk’s Office, Queen Street, Aberdeen, AB10 1WP within 21 days after such intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
