By written resolution of the Company dated 19th March 2021 the
following special resolutions were duly passed:
“THAT, pursuant to section 579 of the Companies Act 2014, it is
resolved that the Company be wound up voluntarily as a members’
voluntary winding up and that James Byrne of James Byrne and
Company Accountants Limited be appointed as Liquidator.
It is further resolved that the officers of the Company are, and each
acting alone is, hereby authorised and directed to take such further
action as may be necessary, appropriate or advisable to implement
