AND IN THE MATTER OF
THE COMPANIES ACT 2014
In accordance with section 198 of the Companies Act 2014 and the
Constitution of the Company, the following Resolutions were duly
passed at an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members on the
5 March 2021.
That the Company be wound up voluntary. That Garrett Bates, Unit
3, Glebe View House, Rivermall, Swords, Co. Dublin be appointed
Liquidator for the purpose of the winding up. That the Liquidator
is authorised to distribute the whole or part of the property of the
Company in specie. That the remuneration of the Liquidator be
fixed in relation to his time costs, charges and expenses.
NOTE: This is a Members Voluntary Winding Up. All admitted
Creditors have been or will be paid in full.
