On 30th January 2021 the following resolutions were passed in
“THAT, in accordance with the summary approval procedure set
out at section 202 of the Companies Act 2014, the Company be
wound up voluntarily as a members’ voluntary winding up and that
Aengus Burns of Grant Thornton, Merchants Square, Merchants
Road, Galway, H91 ETN2, be appointed liquidator for the
purposes of such winding up and that the liquidator be empowered
to distribute the assets of the Company in specie.”
