At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above Company, duly
convened and held at Airhill, Broadway, Co. Wexford on the 9th
February 2021, the following resolutions were passed:
1. That the Company be voluntary wound up as a Members

be appointed as liquidator for the purpose of winding up the

with the Constitution of the Company to distribute to the
